WHIP

When I’m in a certain theme park or Hawaii, I must enjoy one particular treat created by the boffins at Dole… I adore pineapple and I adore that treat. This is my sendup to that fantastic frozen dessert. Pairs well with all berry flavors and Naranja.

Ingredients: pineapple, sugar, pineapple juice, heavy cream (heavy cream, skim milk, carrageenan), lemon juice, kosher salt
