POPPIN' PEACHES

Confession is said to be good for the soul, yes? Well, Peach Cobbler isn't one of Beth's favorite flavors. It's hugely popular, but she's not really a baked peach pie or peach cobbler person... it's too intense for her. However, it's the perfect intensity to stand up to some heat. You won't taste the habanero, but you'll get the snap of heat.

Ingredients: peach, sugar, water, heavy cream (heavy cream, skim milk, carrageenan), habanero pepper, lemon juice, kosher salt
