PEACH COBBLER

I take my peaches very seriously. There is nothing like a fresh, juicy peach—even if it is a hairy fruit. Peach pie, peach cobbler, peach ice cream… why not peach sherbet? You won’t believe there aren’t any spices in this, but we stop short of mixing cobbler bits in. Just peaches, thank you.

Ingredients: peach, sugar, heavy cream (heavy cream, skim milk, carrageenan), water, peach concentrate, lemon juice, kosher salt
