MANGO A LA CALIFORNIA

I don’t like the taste of mangos, I don’t like the smell of mangos. But dry out that mango in thin slices and coat it with chili and lime juice and I’m a fan. Pairs well with a small scoop of Citron Vert and dusting of Tajin®.
