Our apple pie filling is actually gluten-free, and has been for years. When a family member discovered she was gluten-intolerant, Beth began making apple streusel with a gluten-free topping. As such, this streusel is a great alternative for those looking to decrease or limit their gluten intake. And it doesn't taste like you're settling for anything since the same filling is in play! Pairs well with Mulled Cider & Cranberry Spice or vanilla ice cream.
